The jury also evaluates candidates on strong business development in recent years, creativity and innovation within their sector, contribution to employment in Urk, a positive impact on the Urk entrepreneurial image, and a healthy financial position.<\/p>\n<p>Kramers\u2019 Seafood is an innovative family business where, together with our employees, we develop and deliver high-quality and sustainable seafood products. With our new product range Seafusion, we combine fish with plant-based ingredients to contribute to CO\u2082 reduction and future-proof food solutions. We invest in the growth of our people, actively participate in sustainability initiatives, and work with a dedicated team toward ambitious goals for people, planet and profit.
